We want you to get your order as quickly as possible! We try to ship orders out as early as next day, but please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

If we haven’t started production on your order yet, our customer service team may be able to help. Contact them by emailing dirtroadsproject@gmail.com.

We move quickly but will do our best to make sure you are happy with your order.

As a small run company, we do our best to restock key designs regularly. If something you like is out of stock, be sure to reach out and let us know! 

Returns are accepted for 30 days. Please notify us of any dissatisfaction with your order, and we will begin processing a return. Once your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You will be refunded for the item value only once the return has made it back to us in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will not receive a refund for your return.

Sometimes mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at dirtroadsproject@gmail.com.

Keep in mind that we're a new company and still working through some kinks. If you notice something off or are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us immediately so we can correct the mistake and make sure you are completely satisfied with your order!

Please include your name, order number and a photograph providing proof of the product so we can better understand the issue. In order to receive a replacement item, the damaged item must be returned and the item must not be washed or worn.

We do not accept exchanges. You may return for refund or store credit only.

To extend the life of your apparel, we recommend the following care instructions:

- Wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry

- Do not bleach

- Wash inside out

- Do not iron graphic
